Sifnos is connected with Piraeus and the adjacent islands with speedboats owned by Hellenic SeaWays (Highspeed) and Aegean Speedlines (Speedrunner) and with conventional car-ferries of Hellenic SeaWays, Ventouris Sea Lines and Zante Ferries.
The duration of travel varies from 2 to 5 hours depending on the means and the approaches
The connection of Sifnos with Piraeus, Kythnos, Serjfos, Kimolos and the Milos is daily. Especially during the months June, July, August and September morning and afternoon itineraries takes places (3 to 5 schedules per day). The connection with Paros and the Syros take place two to three times every week. The connection with Sikinos, Folegandros, Ios and Santorini takes place two to three times every week
